Payment Authorization: By utilizing the AutoRes application, you grant us the authority to act on your behalf to secure reservations at your specified venues and times, for your stated party size. You authorize AutoRes to automatically charge your chosen payment method a non-refundable fee of $14.99 once a reservation is successfully booked. This fee is in addition to any costs associated with the reservation itself, which are determined and charged by the venue.
Timing and Frequency of Payments: The $14.99 service fee will be charged only when a reservation is successfully secured. If AutoRes is unable to book a reservation based on your request, you will not be charged. The frequency of these charges will correspond to your usage of our service to successfully book reservations.
Cancellation and Modification Policy: You may modify your reservation request at any time before the reservation is successfully booked by AutoRes without incurring additional charges. However, once a reservation is booked and the $14.99 fee is charged, the fee becomes non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel or modify your reservation directly through the reservation platform (e.g., Resy), please note that the AutoRes service fee will not be refunded. This policy is in place because AutoRes provides a booking service that is completed at the time of reservation confirmation, irrespective of any subsequent changes made directly with the reservation platform.
Acknowledgement of Terms: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the AutoRes fee is charged for the service of securing a reservation on your behalf and is not contingent on the use of the reservation. You accept that the service fee is non-refundable once a reservation is successfully booked, even if the reservation is later canceled or modified directly through the reservation platform. You also acknowledge that AutoRes reserves the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time, with any changes being communicated to users in advance.
Authorization for Third-Party Account Access: By using the AutoRes application, you may be asked to provide us with access to your accounts on third-party reservation platforms (e.g., Resy). Granting AutoRes access to these accounts authorizes us to act on your behalf in managing reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations per your request. This access is necessary for AutoRes to deliver the reservation services you request efficiently.
Responsibility for Third-Party Charges: You acknowledge and agree that by allowing AutoRes to interact with third-party reservation platforms on your behalf, you may incur charges from these platforms directly. These charges may include, but are not limited to, costs associated with paid reservations, cancellation fees, or no-show penalties imposed by the third-party platform or the venue. You agree to be solely responsible for all such charges and acknowledge that AutoRes is not liable for any expenses that arise from actions taken on your behalf on these third-party platforms.
User Agreement and Liability: By providing AutoRes with access to your third-party accounts, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the risks involved, including any changes or charges that may be applied to your account by the third-party platform. You agree to hold AutoRes harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from our authorized use of your third-party accounts as per your instructions.
Security and Privacy: AutoRes commits to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information for third-party platforms. We will only use your account access to perform actions that you have explicitly requested and authorized within the scope of our service offering.
Revocation of Access: You have the right to revoke AutoRes's access to your third-party accounts at any time. Please note that revoking access may affect our ability to provide you with the requested reservation services.
